PAGAN docs
These pages are generated from the files that ship with PAGAN, so they always match the release. The same text is what your agent reads: the skill installs it into your repo, and the MCP server serves it as pagan://workflow and pagan://reference.
- Workflow: how an agent sets up a game's art, makes an asset, and changes the look over time.
- Notation reference: palettes, sprites, tilesets, 3D models,
pagan.toml, commands, lint rules, build output. - Changelog: every release, and what forces a version bump.
Five-minute start

cd my-art
pagan new palette dusk # then: pagan config set default_palette dusk
pagan new model ship --size 96x96 --directions 8
pagan lint && pagan preview ship
pagan build # sheets + manifest.json (+ Godot resources)Sister library
SEGAN does the same for game audio: sound effects, music loops and stems as text.
KILN does it for smooth, stylised 3D: models written as shapes that blend like clay, built into glTF and Godot scenes.
